There were some great chocolatey moments at this year’s Dallas Chocolate Conference & Festival. Here’s a rundown of our Top 10 in no particular order:

Our featured guests know their stuff. On KERA’s Think radio show host Krys Boyd led our panel on a discussion about everything chocolate. From the history of cacao beans to trends in modern desserts the panel had the knowledge to cover it all with wit and humor.
