The Dallas Chocolate Conference is a chance for chocolate professionals to learn and interact with each other. The event is open to chocolate professionals and those who are interested in working more seriously with chocolate. Classes, demonstrations, and talks will focused on increasing your business opportunities and marketable skills. It will showcase suppliers, equipment makers, organizations, and products geared towards those who make their living in chocolate.

The Dallas Chocolate Festival is an event that celebrates the best of the magic of chocolate. We highlight the quality, artistry, and unique tastes of chocolate. The event is open to the public and showcases artisans large and small from all around the world.

The Experiences:
The Dallas Chocolate Experiences are a set of hands-on classes that go deep into a particular aspect of chocolate. The experiences are interactive and open to the public. Each experience is ticketed individually.

The 2021 Dallas Chocolate Festival will celebrate the creativity and talent from chocolate makers and chocolatiers the world over. The goal is to educate the public about artisan chocolate… one bar at a time. Our belief in education also is reflected in our scholarship program. A portion of funds from this event will provide full scholarships to pastry students enrolled in North Texas college-level culinary programs. To date, DallasChocolate.org has provided over $20,000 in scholarships for local culinary programs.
Exhibitors are expected to sample chocolate at the Festival events. Exhibitors are also encouraged to sell their products to attendees.
This is a chance to put your product in front of savvy foodies from all around Texas. Attendees will be required to sample respectfully and safely. The Dallas Chocolate Festival does NOT take a percentage of sales. Exhibitors will be expected to follow sales tax guidelines and obey local health regulations.
