Conference

The Dallas Chocolate Conference is designed for professionals who work with chocolate, hobbyists, and those aspiring to open up their own shop one day. Classes on advanced chocolate topics and on small business issues will allow attendees to grow their businesses. Additionally, a set of exhibitors with chocolate-related items such as equipment, services, and ingredients will display their products and have time to engage with attendees.

VIP Night & Main Event

The Dallas Chocolate Festival main event features many exhibitors with unique chocolates to sample and purchase. A full day of chocolate demos and classes will let you explore all aspects of chocolate from tree to bar to bonbon and beyond. VIP Night is 21 . At the Main Event all ages are welcome.

Get your hands dirty with interactive chocolate experiences. Learn to make your own chocolate from bean to bar or serve the perfect chocolate pairing with wine, port, whiskey, or tea. Each class is individually ticketed. Class sizes are limited. Prices vary.
